That’s why a portion of every rent payment goes right back into the community, supporting charities like St. Vincent de Paul & Marygrove.

In 2024, that added up to $1,650 to help those in need.

This year, I’m taking a bigger step—doubling donations from 1% to 2% of gross rents. Excited? Absolutely. A little nervous? You bet. But some things are worth the stretch.

So far, through February, we’re already over $650—and just getting started.
